Ingredients

5 fresh mint leaves (or 1 tsp dried mint)

2 cups filtered water

Instructions

Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil.

Add lemongrass, hibiscus, ginger, and mint to a teapot or infuser.

Pour boiling water over the herbs.

Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.
