Description

A refreshing and antioxidant-rich herbal tea made with lemongrass, hibiscus, ginger, and mint. Perfect for boosting digestion, immunity, and relaxation naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried lemongrass

  • 1 tsp dried hibiscus petals

  • 1/2 tsp dried ginger root

  • 5 fresh mint leaves (or 1 tsp dried mint)

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • Optional: honey or lemon for flavor


Instructions

  • Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil.

  • Add lemongrass, hibiscus, ginger, and mint to a teapot or infuser.

  • Pour boiling water over the herbs.

  • Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.

  • Strain the tea into a cup.

  • Add honey or lemon if desired.

 

  • Serve warm or chilled over ice.

  • Adjust steeping time for stronger or milder flavor.
